About Nursery Square
In 2014, we purchased this grand old lady on auction which was run down and tired.
Being UCT graduates ourselves, it was fitting that the property is situated within walking distance of UCT’s campuses and opposite the Baxter Theatre, one of Cape Town’s most famous performing arts venues. In addition, one can also take a two-minute stroll up to the grocery store, pharmacy, fast-food restaurants and coffee shops.
We set about rejuvenating the property and in 2016 we launched Nursery Square which now boasts seven apartments, two houses and a shop. The houses and apartments are modern and fitted with quality finishes. The hot water cylinders are solar powered and energy efficient.
Our property is suitable for students and young professionals. Whether you are looking for accommodation for yourself or for you and a friend/s, we will assist in placing you accordingly. This applies to both our rooms in the houses and rooms in the apartments. Our leases typically run for 12 months from 1 February to 31 January, however we will try accommodate special requests where possible and subject to availability.
